Papa G's Costa Rica Surf Forecast & Surf Reports
7/02/09 Central Pacific: For Thursday and Friday SW swell from 215 degrees keeps the surf holding in the chest-head high size range for the strong beachbreaks(Hermosa-Banderas). Saturday the swell direction is more southerly coming from 200 degrees with the surf being in the head high size range for the stand outs. Then for this weekend and on into the early part of next week SW energy from 210 degrees at 18 secs increases to produce some overhead-well overhead surf for the beachbreaks.
Caribbean Side: There should be a good sized swell that fills in towards this weekend that produces some overhead surf for salsa brava and other spots.
