Papa G's Costa Rica Surf Forecast & Surf Reports

9/4 Central Pacific: Saturday the 4th groundswell fades out and gets replaced with overhead shorter period swell (around 12-seconds) from the south.  Westerly wind swell could continue as well with head high+ surf at exposed breaks.  Conditions aren’t looking ideal, but there could still be some waves out there.
Sunday the 5th looks very similar to Saturday. Monday the 6th wind swell form the WNW backs down to chest to head high at stand out breaks as the 11-second swell from the south holds around head high+.
Tuesday the 7th size from both localized swells starts to slowly back down.Wensday the 8th size continues to back down with chest high surf at exposed breaks. Thursday the 9th a new 15-second groundswell should fill in from around 211 degrees.  Size could pick up to head high at stand out breaks
